Mechanism
The loop by which a network’s binding myth loses determinacy as the network grows: scale forces the myth to compress (complexity ceiling), compression widens its interpretive latitude, latitude sorted by community and identity gates segments the network, and segmentation forces the bureaucracy that re-supplies the dropped decoding key. A myth’s reach and its determinacy trade off; whether the loop then compounds safely, fragments, or inverts into scale-as-control is set by the repairing bureaucracy’s own resistance to capture.
