Mechanism
How the pipeline operates on intersubjective cargo: each receiver’s decode is a unit of the agreement whose being-held is the truth, so transmission participates in the generator rather than reporting on it. Reach changes the truth itself (the billionth holder of a currency adds to its value rather than learning about it); coverage feeds what it covers (the bank-run loop, where propagating ‘the bank is failing’ performs the failure); and the pipeline’s clock rate becomes the constitution’s volatility. The intersubjective sibling of transport: not moving a fact but compounding a generator.
